Charlene Torres, M.A. earned her Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling from Regent University in 2025. With a heart for restoration and a mind for holistic care, Charlene is passionate about integrating spiritual formation and emotional wellbeing in the therapeutic process.
Her work is grounded in the belief that true healing engages both soul and psyche. She creates a compassionate and supportive environment where clients can explore personal challenges, cultivate resilience, and move toward wholeness. Charlene’s counseling approach blends evidence-based practices with a deep respect for spiritual identity, offering clients space to discover meaning, hope, and renewal. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Charlene serves a diverse community with cultural sensitivity and grace. She is especially committed to empowering individuals and families to live with greater authenticity, connection, and faith-driven resilience. When she is not counseling, Charlene enjoys engaging in reflective writing, mentoring others on their spiritual journeys, and contributing to conversations around the intersection of psychology, theology, and personal growth. This clinician is currently completing their post-graduate clinical hours and/or ongoing supervision requirements. |
