Noel Casiano PsyD, LMFT
Dr. Noel Casiano is a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with the state of CT. He also earned a Doctorate in Psychology. Dr. Casiano is an Associate Professor of Psychology & Human Services at the University of Hartford.
Deborah Y. Santana is a Marriage and Family therapist who thrives in working with those who struggle with anxiety, depression, family relational problems and trauma. She loves to help families move towards healthier relationships.
Marriage and Family Therapist. Janeé obtained an Associate degree Capital Community College in Social Work and Legal Studies in 2003, Bachelor’s degree in Individualized Studies and Criminal Justice and a Master’s in Marriage Family Therapy in 2021
Ariana works to an integrative model of Person-Centered, Psychodynamic, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to which other treatment modalities can be added. Ariana’s area of research was in psychological and emotional abuse.
Earned her Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling from Regent University in 2025. Her professional interests include the integration of spiritual and emotional health in the therapeutic process. Charlene is fluent in English and Spanish.
